Subject: Collaboration pitch: Dear Money x F(ai)nance
To the team at F(ai)nance,
My name is Alvin, and I’m the host of Dear Money. I believe my audience would love your product. I love using F(ai)nance to manage my own finances: the product’s design makes it easy to keep track of my routine expenses, while also budgeting for unforeseen costs.
My journey started in making TikToks about personal finance, and I’ve since expanded to building a YouTube channel and podcast. From this content, I’ve built a combined following of roughly 3,000,000 followers across all platforms who are interested in generating wealth.
I’ve created a customized media kit for F(ai)nance with my engagement and analytics, along with content ideas for a collaboration and previous example posts.
Please let me know if the F(ai)nance team is interested in working together on this collaboration idea!

How to write an effective brand collaboration email
What goes into a brand collaboration email that grabs a company's attention and gets you the "yes" you're looking for? Here are the essential elements:
An attention-grabbing subject line that mentions the brand by name
A friendly greeting addressing a specific person by name, if possible
An introduction to who you are and what you do as a creator
Specific examples of your work and engagement metrics
An explanation of why you're a good fit for the brand
Your collaboration ideas and what's in it for the brand
A clear call-to-action and next steps
A professional sign-off and signature
Throughout the email, focus on building a connection and communicating the mutual benefits of working together. Back up your claims with concrete numbers and examples that show the brand why collaborating with you is a smart investment.
